My Chinese friends find BBC unbelievably biased against Chinese, how true that is, any example?

I remember during last year’s G20 World Summit held in Hangzhou (where I live), they drove about an hour away from the city to some random village and did a report on the city’s poor.

Granted, there are many poor people in China, but that report was not characteristic of what you see in Hangzhou at all. Most people here are not poor, and certainly not like what was portrayed in the report, although housing is insanely expensive.
